摘要
本文简述三维测量的必要性和要求，提出用光栅莫尔三维测量、激光全息干涉计量和计算机全息于涉计量的工作原理。
The necessity and requirements for 3-D measurement are described briefly, and the operation principles of the grating Moire 3-D measurement, laser holographic interfervmetry and computer-generated holographic interferometry are presented.
