摘要
分析了碳纤维复合材料构件在成型和使用过程中易产生的缺陷及产生缺陷的原因,提出无损探伤技术对缺陷进行检测是复合材料构件质量保证的必要手段;对国内外适用于复合材料构件的几种探伤方法进行比较,认为超声波法是复合材料的一种检测缺陷的有效方法,对如何应用超声波法检测复合材料进行介绍。
In this paper, we analyzed the cause of the defects and damages in carbon composite component during manufacturing process and service. The non - destructive test is an important method to guarantee the quality of the composite components. Several detective methods at home and abroad are discussed and compared. We think that the ultrasonic inspection was an effective method for checking the common defects and damages in composites. We also make an introduction on how to test composite materials with ultrasonic inspection.
