摘要
分析了两个单交组合(烟农19×皖麦48和烟农19×安农0016)的F2单株、F3株系SDS沉降值和高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成。结果表明,高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基对SDS沉降值的影响显著。G lu-A1和G lu-B1位点内的差异对沉降值的作用达显著或极显著水平,但G lu-A1与G lu-B1的互作效应不显著。两个杂交组合亚基的等位变异对SDS沉降值的影响大小顺序为:G lu-A11>Nu ll,G lu-B17+9=G lu-B117+18>G lu-B114+15,F2代单株和F3代株系分析结果相似。
HMW-glutenin subunits composition and SDS sedimentation values of F2 and F3 progeny from two crosses (Yannong 19 × Wanmai 48 and Yannong 19 × Annong 0016 ) were analysed. The results indicated that HMW-glutenin subunits had significant influences on SDS sedimentation values of the F2 and F3 progeny. The interaction effects between allelic of Glu-A1 and allelic of Glu-B1 were not significant. A sequence of effects of HMW- glutenin subunits on SDS sedimentation values were : Glu-A1 ~ 〉 Null ; Glu-B17+9 = Glu-B 1 17 + 18 〉 Glu-B1 14 +15 The influencing trends were almost the same between F2 and F3 population.
