摘要
目的:探讨小儿复感宁合剂对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:将50只小鼠随机分为5组,A,B组灌蒸馏水,C组予贞芪扶正胶囊,D,E组予小儿复感宁合剂。给药第8 d皮下注射环磷酰胺造模,分别观察小儿复感宁合剂对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)所致迟发性超敏反应、鸡红细胞(CRBC)致敏小鼠溶血素抗体生成的影响。结果:小儿复感宁合剂能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能;增强DNCB所致迟发性超敏反应;提高小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平。结论:小儿复感宁合剂能增强环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性免疫功能和特异性免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of infantile Fuganning mist on immune function of organism. Methods:50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. The mice in A and B group were administrated with distilled water, C group were administrated with Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsules, D and E were infantile Fuganning mist. On the eighth day, all groups except A group were injected with cyclophosphamide to induce the model. And observed the effects on the phagocytic function of infantile Fuganning mist to macrophage in abdominal cavity of mice, delayed hypersensitivity leaded by DNCB, and production of hemolysin antibody in mice that CRBC sensitized. Results: Infantile Fuganning mist could strengthen phagocytic function of macrophage in abdominal cavity of mice, delay hypersensitivity leaded by DNCB, and increase the level of hemolysin antibody in blood serum of mice. Conclusion: infantile Fuganning mist can strengthen nonspecific and specific of mice that have low immune function leaded by cyclophosphamide.
