摘要
固相微萃取装置中采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了以端羟基SE-54为固定相的石英探针,此探针可在310℃的高温下使用,且对多种化合物都有良好的萃取效果。该装置与气相色谱联用,同一色谱峰5次测定其峰面积的相对标准偏差不超过2.7%,而同样条件下保留时间的标准偏差不超过0.3%。实验证明该溶胶-凝胶萃取头的萃取量不低于商用萃取头,可在10 m in内达到萃取平衡,解吸速度快,有较低的检出限,使用寿命长。
A sol-gel method was used to prepare SE-54 fibers for solid phase microextraction (SPME). These fibers could be used at temperature as high as 310℃. SPME/GC measurements showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD) for the peak area was less than 2. 7% . The RSD for the retention time was smaller than 0. 3% under the same measurement conditions. The experiments also showed that the extracted amounts by the sol - gel fibers were more than those by commercial fibers, although the sol -gel fibers have much thinner coating layer. The time to equilibrium for extraction by the sol -gel fiber could be as short as 10 minutes and the desorption was also fast. Besides, the sol- gel SE-54 fiber showed lower detection limits and longer service lifetime than commercial fibers.
