摘要
本文提出将相移技术应用于2-D面内位移场的分离,用单模光纤相移数字散斑干涉计量技术快速、定量地同时测量2-D面内位移场。
This paper describes an optical fibre digital speckle pattern interferometer which has been devised to measure 2-D in-plane displacement of polarisation preserving surface simultaneously, and phase-stepping technique has been used.
