重整增压氢纯度降低的原因及对策

摘要 分析中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司连续重整装置改造后增压氢纯度降低(由92%降至85%)的原因:①反应油气再接触罐温度较高(11-13℃);②重整催化剂酸性过强(催化剂中氯质量分数大于1.1%);③采样方法不对,影响了样品的真实性;压缩机入口过滤罐内有较多积液。采取相应对策:①再接触系统氨冷冻压缩机增容;②控制催化剂氯含量;③改进采样方式;④改造压缩机入过滤罐排液系统。 After the revamp of the CCR unit in SINOPEC Tianjin Company, the purity of pressurized hydrogen has fallen from 92% to 85%. The causes have been analyzed and countermeasures have been taken. Causes : 1 ) higher reaction oil vapor recontactor temperature ( 11 - 13℃), 2 ) higher acidity of reforming catalyst ( chlorine content in catalyst is higher than 1.1% ), 3 ) improper sampling technique which can not demonstrate the true nature of the sample, 4) excessive liquid accumulation in compressor inlet filter tank. Countermeasures : 1 ) expanding the capacity of amine refrigeration compressor in recontactor system, 2) control of amount of chlorine in reforming catalyst, 3 ) Improvement of sampling techniques, 4) revamp of liquid blowdown system of compressor inlet filter tank.
