摘要
介绍了地下水封石洞油库储存原油应具备的条件和储油原理;对不同规模地下水封石洞油库进行了投资估算和运营费用分析。结果表明:与地面钢罐油库相比,其在安全、环保、造价、生产成本等方面具有明显的优势;根据测算分析,一定规模的地下水封石洞油库比同规模的地面钢罐油库经济。
The required conditions and mechanisms for storing crude oil in underground water-sealed cavern are described. The analysis of capital investment and operating costs of water-sealed caverns of different volumes shows that underground caverns offer greater advantages over ground steel tank farm in respect of safety, environmental protection, capital investment and operating cost. The water-sealed cavern of over a certain volume is more economic than the ground steel tank of same capacity.
