摘要
基于传统的点状或线条状激光视觉传感器信息量少、解释模糊以及跟踪方向单一等问题,利用正负透镜,开发了一种基于环形激光的光学扫描系统;研究了环形激光成像过程中的球差消除问题.结果表明,该光学扫描系统可以实现环形激光轨迹,球差足够小,能够用于特征提取以及焊缝识别与跟踪.
Considering “spot” or “line” laser trajectory has such shortcomings as less information, ambiguous explanation and single tracking direction, a novel optical scanning system based on circular laser was developed using the combined lens method. The spherical aberration was studied also. The experimental results show that the circular laser trajectory can be obtained using the combined lens method, and the satisfied spherical aberration can be realized. It can be used for seam recognizing and tracking.
