摘要
回收硫酸生产中的反应热产生蒸汽或电力,以及合理地、充分地、有效地使用能源,降低能耗,使硫酸生产企业从单一的硫酸产品及消耗能源转变为既有硫酸产品还有蒸汽或电力输出。介绍了我国硫酸生产的能耗状况,设备的工艺参数对硫酸生产系统压力降和装置投资的影响,分析了国内外能耗低的硫酸生产企业的有关情况,从技术经济的角度提出需保持投资费用与能耗平衡,实现投资最小化和节能最大化,从节能的角度提出主鼓风机风量和风压的适宜富裕量。
Reaction heat is recovered from the sulfuric acid production to produce steam or electricity,so as to make proper,full and efficient use of the energy,reduce energy consumption,and turn the sulfuric acid plant from pure sulfuric acid production and energy consumption to sulfuric acid production plus steam or electricity production.This article outlines the energy consumption status in the sulfuric acid plants in China,the impact of equipment process parameters on the pressure drop of the sulfuric acid production system and the plant investment.It analyzes data about some low energy-consuming sulfuric acid plants both inside and outside of China.From the perspective of technical economy,it proposes the balancing of investment costs and energy consumption so as to achieve minimum investment and maximum energy saving.And from the perspective of energy saving,it proposes appropriate allowance for the air quantity and air pressure of the main blower.
