摘要
针对湿法磷酸生产过滤工序滤液和一洗液通道易结垢堵塞问题,提出了以铵盐为阻垢剂。通过实验,认为当一洗水中w(NH+4)=0.89%,过滤酸中w(NH+4)=0.50%时,它们的阻垢率可分别达到69.70%和50%,阻垢效果明显。
With regard to the fouling and plugging problems in the filtrate and the first washing liquid path in the filtering process of wet phosphoric acid production,it proposes ammonium salt as fouling inhibitor.Through experiment,it is considered that with w(NH^+_(()4))=0.89% in the first washing water and w(NH^+_(()4))=0.50% in the filter acid,their fouling resistance can reach 69.70% and 50% respectively,with significant fouling resistance effect.
