摘要
针对有些单位阳极保护管壳式不锈钢浓硫酸冷却器的使用寿命尚欠理想的问题,总结了操作、维护经验。认为最关键的因素是控制好硫酸的w(H2SO4),用于干燥酸的应控制在94%以上,用于吸收酸的为98%以上,并提出了相关的操作维护措施。
With regard to problems experienced by some users on the unsatisfactory service life of anodic protection tube & shell stainless steel concentrated acid cooler,this article summarizes the operating and maintenance experiences.It is considered that the most key factor is to take good control of the w(H_2SO_4) of the sulfuric acid,which should be controlled at above 94% for drying the acid,and above 98% for absorbing the acid.It also proposes relevant operating and maintenance measures.
