摘要
提出基于OPC的负压波泄漏诊断技术获取分布式数据采集系统中的压力信息,利用小波比例萎缩去噪技术进行分析处理,再利用小波变换模极大值法捕捉泄漏拐点来对管道泄漏点进行精确定位。利用BorlandC++Builder建立了OPC客户端管道泄漏诊断系统。现场的试验和应用都取得了良好的效果。系统运行可靠,并且定位精度高达99%。
It is proposed that negative pressure wave leakage diagnosis based on OPC is used to obtain pressure signals from a distributive data acquisition system, the de-noise technique of wavelet scale shrinkage is used for analysis and process, and the maximum value of wavelet transform modulus is used to capture the leaking inflection point for accurately locating pipeline leaking point. OPC customers' pipeline leaking diagnostic system is established by using Borland C++ Builder and better result is achieved in field test and field application. The System is stable in operation with location precision as high as 99%.
