摘要
丙烯腈装置废气、废液焚烧炉的余热回收系统因炉管表面积灰严重,所产生的过热蒸汽的温度由408℃下降至348℃,不能满足生产需要。分析了积灰的组成和形成机理,提出了减少燃料油和废液中的盐分和重金属、适当降低燃烧的过剩空气系数等措施。
Since effluent- gases and waste liquid incinerator has serious ash deposited on the tube surface of waste heat recovery system in acrylo-nitrile unit , which causes the temperature of superheated steam declining from 408℃ to 348℃ that can not satisfy the production requirement. By analyzing on composition and formation mechanism of ash deposit, the measures of decreasing salt and heavy metal contained in fuel oil and waste liquid and appropriately decreasing excess air coefficient of combustion are put forward in this article.
