摘要
主要以R6及EPRI的失效评定图(FAD)为基础,说明了以COD(裂纹张开位移)理论为依据的失效评定图技术向以J积分理论为依据的失效评定图技术转变的发展过程,并结合失效评定图技术在含缺陷压力管道失效模式的判别、安全系数和安全裕量的获取以及在周向裂纹管安全评定中的应用,来说明失效评定图技术在含缺陷压力管道安全评定中的应用及其优点。
Essentially taking R6 and EPRI fail-assessment diagram (FAD) as basi-s, the evolving progress from fail-assessment diagram technology based on COD theory transforming into fail-assessment diagram technology based on J integration theory is discussed and in combination with the fail-assessment diagram technology in determining of fail model for defective pressure pipe, safety factor, procedural safety clearance and the application in the safety assessment of circumference cracked tube so that the fail assessment diagram technology applied inthe safety assessment of , defective pressure pipe. and its advantage are discussed.
