摘要
通过对循环氢压缩机振动的测试与分析,找出了该机振动的主要激励源和影响因素,进而对该机的管路系统进行了管系气柱固有频率、气流脉动、管系结构固有频率、管道振动响应及管道动应力的分析,建立了数学模型,分别进行了计算;并对改进前后的振动参数作了比较。根据分析结果,对该压缩机级管路系统进行了改进。
By testing and analyzing vibration of recycle hydrogen compressor, the main excitation source and influential factor were found out and mathematical models were established for natural frequency of pipe system gas column, gas stream pulsation, natural frequency of piping structure system, pipe vibration response and pipe stress analysis. Then the computation was made separately. Comparison has been made for vibration parameters before and after re- vamp. The pipeline system of the compressor stage is modified according to the result of analysis.
