夏热冬冷地区是国家建筑节能的重点地区之一。在对夏热冬冷地区室外热环境及其对住宅能耗的影响状况分析的基础上，探讨了有利于住宅节能的室外环境改造设计。

The Hot Summer and Cold Winter Summer Zone is one of the key national construction energy conservation zones. Based on analyzing outside hot environment of Hot Summer and Cold Winter Summer Zone and its influence condition to heat loss of existing residential building, this article discussed designs of outside environment renovation which are benefit to energy-saving of residential building.
