摘要
为解决传统气力输送系统的烟丝分层、吸丝管堵丝和漏灰等问题,研究开发了水平侧吸式烟丝气力输送系统。结果表明:该系统可以明显改善配送烟丝结构,提升机台卷制质量,降低剔废率,提高烟支重量、总粒相物、焦油的控制精度,有效地保证了卷烟质量的稳定。
To solve the problems, such as cut tobacco segregation, duct blocking, dust leaking, etc, a lateral-suction cut tobacco pneumatic conveying system was developed. The structure of cut tobacco and manufacturing quality of cigarette making machine were obviously improved, the rate of defective cigarette was reduced, the control accuracy of cigarette weight, total particulate matter and tar yield was increased by this system. The stability of cigarette quality was well assured.
