摘要
由于复烤润叶机原电控系统存在控制精度低、滞后及自动监控不完善等问题,对该控制系统进行了改造。建立了加水前馈-串级控制模型,对加料采用批量控制技术进行实时修正。采用CITECT开发的实时监控程序可实现与PLC的数据交换,完成对生产的实时监控。实际运行表明,改造后该系统控制精度提高,可靠性增强,使用灵活,较好地满足了润叶的工艺质量要求。
Aiming at the problems, such as low control precision, lag in response, and insufficient automatic monitoring, the electric control system in ordering machine was improved. The water added feedforward cascade control model was established, and the casing was timely revised with batch control technology. The monitoring program developed with CITECT could exchange data with PLC and perform real-time production monitoring. The improved system featured higher control precision and reliability, was flexible in operation, and offered satisfied processing quality.
