高铁酸钾处理钨湿法冶金萃取废液的研究

摘要 以高铁酸钾处理钨湿法冶金萃取废水,研究了pH值、高铁酸钾用量、温度和反应时间等条件对处理效果的影响.在初始pH值为5~6或9~10,高铁酸钾与有机物质量比为2:1,温度为40℃,反应为20min时,去除率达87.3%. Tbe solvent extraction's wastewater in tungsten hydro-metallurgy was decontaminated by potassium ferrate in this paper ,the effect of mass ratio of potassium fen-ate to organic matter,beginning pH, temperature and duration to decontamination was studied. Best decontamination rate (57.3 % ) was obtained under the optimum conditions:mass ratio of potassium ferrate and organic matter 2:1 ,the beginning pH 5 - 6 or 9 - 10, temperature 40 ℃ and the duration 20 min.
