摘要
试制了快速测定污水中氨氮的试剂盒,测量范围在0—2.0mg/L,并对纳氏试剂的用量、显色溶液的稳定性等有关问题进行探讨。将试剂盒应用于实际废水,并与国家标准方法进行了比较,误差小,具有快速、方便和可靠的特点。
5 - Chloro - 2 - [ 2 - hydroxy - 3 - tert - butyl - 5 - (2 - methoxycarbonylethyl) - phenyl ] - 2H - benzotriazole was synthesized from 4 - hydroxybenzenepropanoic acid methyl ester and 2 - nitro - 4 - chloroaniline via alkylation, diazotization , coupling, hydrogenation and esterification. The yield was 36.83 % based on methyl 4 - hydroxybenzenepropanoate. The product was characterized by MS and 1H - NMR. The UV - absorption and light permeating ability were measured . The results indicated that the product is a new and good ultraviolet absorber.
