摘要
报道单片微机在电信号时间量检测中的应用成果,介绍单片微机控制的电信号时间量检测仪的功能、硬件结构和软件设计。它既可用于实验教学,又可做成实用的测量仪器。所测信号的频率达2.6 M,时间测量值的下限为1μS。
This paper reports the use of single chip microcomputer in electric signal detecting. A detecting equipment for electric signals controlled by a single chip microcomputer is introduced. The function, hardware structure and softwart design of the system are described. It not only can be used for experiment education but also as a measuring instrument. The freguency of signal measured attains to 2.6MHz, the minimum of time measured attains to 1 μs
