Optimization of the Formulae of Famciclovir Dispersible Tablet by Spherical Symmetric Design

目的:利用球面对称设计法对处方进行优化。方法:以分散均匀性为考察指标,选择影响分散片质量的主要因素进行球面试验,进一步筛选优化处方。结果:按优化处方制备的泛昔洛韦分散片,可在3m in内完全崩解。结论:优化处方的泛昔洛韦分散片的体外溶出度明显优于普通片剂。

Objective： To optimize the formulae by Spherical Symmetric design test. Method： The formulae of Famciclovir dispersible tablet were optimized in terms of disintegrating time by Spherical Symmetric design test. Result： The optimized Famciclovir dispersible tablet disintegrated in 3min. Conclusion： The in - vitro dissolubility of the optimized dispersible tablet is better than that of common tablet.
