青春期特发性脊柱侧凸非手术治疗临床分析

The Nonsurgical Treatment of the Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis

目的：评价Milwaukee支具治疗青春期特发性脊柱侧凸的效果。方法：从1989年至2002年保守治疗青春期特发性脊柱侧凸81例（cobb角≤40度），平均年龄13岁（1l～16岁）。55例配带Milwaukee支具治疗，26例临床观察。结果：所有病例均获随访，平均随访时间6．5年（3～9年）。支具组49例畸形及临床观察组16例畸形获满意矫正（X^2=8．45，P〈0．01）。结论：Milwaukee支具治疗可使青春期特发性脊柱侧凸在早期获得充分矫正。

Objective： To evaluative the efficacy of Milwaukee brace treatment for Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis. Method： From 1989 to 2002, 81 cases with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis （cobb angle ≤40°）. The average age was 13 years （ranged from 11～16 years）. Of them 55 cases were treated with Milwaukee brace, and 26 were comparison. Result： All cases were followed with the average of 6.5 years（3～9 years）. 49 cases of Milwaukee brace and 16 of comparison were satisfactory （X^2 = 8.45, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The Milwaukee brace is effective to the various types of the Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis at the early stage of life.
