摘要
目的:探讨疑似脑供血不足、短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)、进展性脑梗死及脑梗死早期的患者血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)水平的变化及复方丹参滴丸对血浆LPA的影响。方法:采用有机溶剂抽提、分离溶血磷脂酸,以定磷方法测定疑似脑供血不足及缺血性脑血管病患者98例血浆LPA的水平,并与正常对照组比较。对疑似脑供血不足组和TIA组的36例患者,每日给复方丹参滴丸,1个月后复查LPA并与服药前比较。结果:疑似脑供血不足、TIA、进展性脑梗死及脑梗死早期患者的血浆LPA水平分别为(3.95±0.78)μmol/L、(5.16±0.88)μmol/L、(4.31±1.32)μmol/L、(2.98±1.04)μmol/L,显著高于正常对照组(2.02±0.71)μmol/L(均P<0.05)。经复方丹参滴丸干预者1个月后复查血浆LPA为(1.96±0.91)μmol/L,与服药前(4.31±1.21)μmol/L比较,差异有极显著性(均P<0.01)。结论:血浆LPA水平的测定可能有助于对缺血性脑血管病的早期诊断;口服复方丹参滴丸可有效降低缺血性脑血管病患者血浆LPA水平。
Objective: In order to investigate the change level of plasmic lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) to the doubtful brain insufficiency of blood, transient ischemic attack (TIA), progressive cerebral infarction and pristine cerebral infarction patients and the effect of complex danshen dripping pills in plasmic lysophosphatidic acid. Method: Determine plasmic LPA level to 98 patients of doubtful brain insufficiency of blood, TIA, progressive cerebral infarction and pristincerebral infarction with the methods of dissolvent extraction, abstraction of lysophosphatidic acid, fixation of phosphours, give complex danshen dripping pills to 36 patients of doubtful brain insufficiency of blood and contrast the results of the experimental groups and control groups. Result: Plasmic LPA level in the patients of doubtful brain insufficiency of blood, TIA, progressive cerebral infarction and pristine cerebral infarction is (3.95±0.78) μmol/L, (5.16±0.88) μmol/L, (4.31±1.32) μmol/L, (2.98±1.04) μmol/L, respectively significant difference with the control group (2.02±0.71) μmol/L (P 〈 0.05) and compare the plasmic LPA level of interferece in complex danshen dripping pills for a month (1.96±0.91) μmol/L with pro - overdose (4.31±1.21) μmol/L, the result has siganificant difference (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: Determination of plasmic LPA may be helpful to early diagnosis to ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and complex danshen dripping pills orally can lower the level of plasmic LPA.
