Analysis of Operative Treatment of Fracture of Tibial Plateau

目的:总结手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:对60例有移位的胫骨平台骨折切开复位、内固定,骨缺损同时予以植骨。结果:60例患者随访2年,按Merchant评分标准:优良率87.5%。结论:对有移位的胫骨平台骨折手术切开复位内固定,有骨缺损予以植骨。

Objective： To conclude the curative effect of fractures of the tibial plateau by surgery. Method： To perform open reduction and internal fixation for fractures of the tibial plateau for 60 cases, and allograft implantation for defective fractures. Result： 60 cases were followed up for 2 years. The excellent and good rate was 87.5% on merchant grading system. Conclusion： It is optimal to perform open reduction and internal fixation for displaced fracture of the tibial plateau, and allograft implantation for defective fractures.
