摘要
针对连接到电网的固定式二次调节系统,为突破其只在液压系统内部实现能量回收的局限,提出了系统可逆运行的实现方案,并重点分析了单独使用三相异步电动机驱动液压二次调节系统的方案。这是一种能实现电网二次调节系统可逆运行的简单而又性能优越的方案,将能量回收的范围从机械一液压系统扩展到电力-液压-机械的大的系统中,从而最大限度地发挥了二次调节系统的节能优势。对该方案的稳态性能及安全性问题进行了分析,尤其对三相异步电动机与恒压变量泵/马达元件的第二象限运行问题做了研究,证明了该系统的可行性。
As for the fixed hydraulic-secondary-control-system, a project of only using three-phrase induction machine to drive the secondary system is presented, so that the restriction of recycling energy within the hydraulic-secondary-control-system is broken through. This project is simple and excellent, which can put electric network-hydraulic-secondary-control-system into running reversibly, and widen the range of recycling energy from mechanical-hydraulic-system to electric-hydraulic-mechanical-system, so that the advantage of saving energy of secondary control system is made the most of. The stability and security of system, especially the question of induction machine-constant pressure variable pump/motor running reversibly in second quadrant is analyzed. The feasibility of this project is proved.
