摘要
组织学习成为竞争优势的重要来源,而由供应商、消费者、研究机构、大学等组成的外部网络成为组织学习的重要途径。网络学习的影响因素有文化、结构、技术和吸收能力。有效的网络学习应建立合理资本,提高合理范围,还必须借助于合同、制度等硬约束方式。网络学习要求我国企业从组织内学习转入网络学习,建立信任为基础的网络关系和战略联盟,注重网络交往中的文化差异。
Organizational learning is important source of competitive advantage, while external networks, which consist of suppliers, customers, research institutes and colleges, become important approach to organizational learning. Such factors as culture, structure, technology and absorption will affect network learning. Building relative capital, improving relative scope and utilizing hard restriction, such as bargain, institution, will help network learning. To my country, firms should begin network learning from intraorganizational learning, build network relation and alliance based on trust and attach important to culture difference in exchange.
