摘要
随着创新思潮在全球的兴起,越来越多的企业开始认识到了创新带给企业的巨大效益,军工企业也不例外,而且以其特殊性更加关注组织创新。组织结构创新是军工企业组织创新中的重要环节,由于职能制、事业部制、矩阵制和网络制等组织结构形式存在不同的优势劣势和适用条件,因此,在权变组织结构设计理论的基础上,以军工企业的现状为分析背景,来设计和创新军工企业组织结构,才能真正提高军工企业的效益。
Along with the innovation trend in global start, more and more enterprises start to realize the new look taken by innoyation, and the war industry enterprise was not also exceptional. The war industry enterprise even more pays attention to organizational innovation by its particularity, specially the war industry enterprise's organizational structure innovation. The function organizational structure form, enterprise department system, matrix system and network system that the war industry enterprise can choice all exist the different superiorities and inferiorities and suitable condition. Therefore, based on diversification organizational structure design theory, taking the analysis background of the war industry enterprise's present situation, then it is the important premise and the foundation which the war industry enterprise organizational structure innovation smoothly carries on.
