关键路线法(Critical Path M ethod,简称CPM)是美国杜邦公司开发出来的一种网络计划技术。当因资源有限而在并行项目之间或者一个独立项目中的多个任务之间发生冲突时,关键路线法提供了较好的解决之道。将关键路线法应用于过程较复杂的电力生产管理中,对于优化电力生产管理流程,降低电力生产成本,为电力生产提供管理技术支持具有重要意义。

CPM （Critical Path Method） is a kind of PERT （Program Evaluation and Review Technique）, which was developed by American DuPont Company. CPM serves as an efficient solution, especially when conflicts occurred in parallel projects or muhitasks of a single project for reason of resource limitation. CPM can be applied in power generation management system with more complicated process, which can be beneficial to optimizing the flow of power generation management, and to the reduction of the cost of power generation, and play an important role in the management technique support of power generation.
