摘要 听力策略培训能提高学习者的听力理解能力,而结合教学进行元认知策略培训是提高听力理解能力的有效途径。本研究借助元认知方面的研究成果探讨元认知策略对提高英语听力理解能力的影响和作用,并在对学习者进行切实有效的元认知策略培训的基础上,培养学生在听力学习中自我调整、自我规范。 Strategy training enables English learners to improve their listening comprehension. In-class metacognitive strategy training proves to be an effective way. This paper reports a metacognitive strategy training program and investigates the effects of the training in an attempt to cultivate learner autonomy and encourages students to manage their own studies. It proves that strategy training helps improve students' listening comprehension.
