本文在学习型组织理论的指导下,分析了创建学习型图书馆的时代意义,提出了学习型图书馆的创建思路。作者认为,创建学习型图书馆的关键在于领导重视和垂范、确立共同远景、正确认识和处理好工作与学习之间的关系、营造团队学习氛围、建立激励约束机制等。

This paper analyzed the significance and methodology of establishing the learning library. It points out that the key to establishing the learning library is the leaders＇ stress and participation building of sharing future, recognizing and properly dealing with the relationship between work and learning, creating an environment of team learning, and setting up a set of mechanism of stimulation and bounding up, etc.
