阿尔及利亚曾经是世界上最有影响力的第三世界国家之一,基于其现代国家的构建历程,本地区的西撒问题自然是阿尔及利亚国内外政策的重要组成部分,经历了直接参与、幕后支持和理性对待西撒问题后,阿在西撒问题上的策略基本没有本质变化,但这已经不是今天西撒问题的症结了。

Algeria was one of the most influencing third-word countries. Grounded on its national construction history, Algeria has been taking the Western Sahara dispute into its close concern in domestic and diplomatic policies. After direct involvement, support behind the curtain and rational reaction, Algerian strategy on the Western Sahara dispute does not aher in the nature, but Algerian role today is no longer the sticking point of Western Sahara dispute.
