阐述高校科技管理在建设创新型国家的形势下,通过科技管理手段的创新所取得的成效,如制定科研管理配套政策、建立科技评价体系、注重科技创新能力建设、打造科技创新平台等;并对高校进一步加强科技管理创新、制度创新和人才队伍建设、促进科技成果转化等进行探讨。

This article expounds the achievements of university＇ s science-technology management in the situation of establishing innovation country, such as constituting the complement policy of science-research management, establishing the estimate system of science and technology, strengthening science-technology innovation capability construction, setting up the foundation of science creation, and so on, which are through the management means innovation of science-research. Also the article discusses those aspects such as further innovation of science-technology management and system, training of young scientists and translation from research fruits into production.
