An Active Mode Locked Semiconductor Laser with a Single Mode Fiber Phase Grating External Cavity

摘要 报道用单模光纤光折变相位光栅作外腔的主动锁模半导体激光器,产生1.53μm、1.065GHz。 An active mode locked semiconductor laser with a single mode fiber photo induced refractive phase grating external cavity is described. Near transform limited ultra short optical pulses with pulse width of 15 ps, repetition rate of 1.065 GHz, and wavelength of 1.53 μm were obtained.
