摘要
用两种X射线衍射法确定了金属间化合物Ni3Al的德拜温度ΘD为550K,并利用新发展的“固体中多原子相互作用的新势能函数”和测定的Ni3Al合金的德拜温度,计算了Ni3Al合金的结合能、形成热。
The Debye temperature( Θ D)of intermetallic compound Ni 3Al has been determined as 550 K by two X Ray diffraction ways. The cohesive energy, formation heat, bulk modulus of elasticity and the curve of specific heat and linear coefficient of thermal expansion as a function of temperature have been calculated, using the new ly developed potential function of interactions of many atoms in solids and by measuring Debye temperature of Ni 3Al alloy.
