消支护精散对雄性大鼠解脲支原体感染生殖器组织学变化的实验研究

Effects of Xiaozhihujinsan on the Change of Genitals Histology of Male Rat Infected by Mycoplasma Urealytium

目的:探讨消支护精散对雄性大鼠生殖器解脲支原体感染的防治作用。方法:采用膀胱注射法(逆行性感染)造模,以强力霉素作对照,观察模型大鼠生殖器的病理形态变化。结果:解脲支原体经膀胱感染后,能继发引起生殖系统多种组织器官的损伤,睾丸生精细胞脱落,胞浆空泡化,部分精子细胞核皱缩,细胞核染色质边移、凋亡,前列腺、精囊、附睾等组织上皮细胞结构紊乱。治疗后模型组实验大鼠精子畸形率明显增高,中药组与强力霉素组精子畸形率较低,中药组与正常组交配雌鼠受孕率明显高于强力霉素组与模型组。结论:消支护精散能消除解脲支原体,改善精子存活率和活动力,提高雌性大鼠受孕率。

Objective：To investigate the preventive effect of Xiaozhihujinsan on the change of genitals histology of male rat infected by mycoplasma urealytium（MU）. Method： The intravesical injection was used to construct model, with deoxycycline as the control, we should observe the pathological and morphologic change of rats＇genitals. Result： It leaded to multiple organic injury of genital system that bladder infected by MU, for example, desquamation of the spermatogenic cell of didymus, vacuolization of endochylema, and so on. The abnormity rate of rats＇sperm was raised up obviously at post - treatment of model group, and was lower in Chinese crude drug group and deoxycycline group, the conception rate of female rat in the Chinese crude drug group and normal group were much higher than model group and dcoxycyoline group. Conclusion： The Xiaozhihujinsan can eliminate the MU, improve the survival rate and activity of sperm and increase the conception rate of rat.
