摘要 目的:优选棉酚的最佳精制工艺。方法:以棉酚提取率和含量为指标,应用正交试验设计法优选棉酚的最佳精制工艺,考察了乙醚用量(A)、石油醚(B)用量、放置时间(C)3个因素。结果:乙醚用量为12倍,石油醚用量为8倍,放置时间40m in。结论:精制棉酚的提取率66.7%,含量97.7%。 Objective : to optimize the best refining technology for gossypol. Method: the extraction rate and content were as the targets, orthogonal design test was applied to optimize the best refining technology for gossypol, the three factors, dosage of ethylether (A), dosage of ligrein(B) ; standing time(C), were determined. Result: There were 12 times dosage of ethylether, 8 times dosage ligroin, 40 minutes standing time. Conclusion: the extraction rate of refining gossypol is 66.7 and the content 97.7%.
