摘要
本文着意于针对人力资产研究的企业理论的梳理和再探索。在运用企业内权利分配的视角梳理了人力资产相关理论后,本文指出,一方面必须重视企业内部人力资产的控制权利,另一方面由于人力资产具有特殊性,使得企业内与市场上的劳务交易具有一定的趋同性。由此,本文建立了企业内的权利分配模型,并指出,权利分配的分析框架可以为实证地分析企业内部雇佣关系,以及解释企业内许多无效率现象,提供很好的解释平台。
This paper clears up and re-explores the firm theory about human capital research based on right distribution. The author points out that on one hand we must pay attention to dominating the rights of human capital in firms, on the other hand, because of the special character of human capital, there seems to be no deference between the transaction of labors in markets and in firms. Thereof the author establishes the model of right distribution in firms, and points out the model is a good analyzing tool to employment relationship research and ineffective phenomena research in firms.
