摘要 光自养微繁技术是一种全新的植物组织培养技术,从提出该理论至今,许多研究者已在光自养微繁方面做了大量的尝试,使这一新技术逐步完善。本文对光自养微繁的研究进展进行了综述,介绍了光自养微繁研究现状、研究热点、在种苗工厂化生产中的应用,并提出光自养微繁技术研究动向。 The Photoautotrophic micropropagation is a new technology in plant tissue culture. This paper reviewed the summary of the photoautotrophic micropropagation research progress, present situation, Arousing general interests, in seedling factory-production application, and new research contents in the future.
