摘要 本文对车用复合材料夹层结构用PM I泡沫ROHACELL71S进行了拉伸、压缩、剪切试验。试验表明,ROHACELL71S泡沫的性能优于AIREX R82.80,能满足高速列车车体夹层结构用泡沫的要求。 The paper discusses the mechanical properties of AIREX R82.80 used in TR08 Transrapid Maglev train. The equation of elasticity modulus and strength is given for the rigid polymer foam. Tension, compression and shear strength and elastic modulus of ROHACELL 71S foam are higher than those of AIREX R82.80 in the tests.
