一种消除维生素C干扰的血清尿酸检测方法 被引量:1

摘要 目的 利用4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-氧-哌啶(AAQ-2)作为维生素C(Vit C)的熄灭剂,建立双试剂终点法测定血清尿酸(UA),以消除VitC在UA测定中的干扰。方法 采用双试剂终点法测定UA。结果 方法重复性:日内相对标准差(RSD)为1.50%,1.37%,日间RSD为1.55%、1.40%;平均回收率:99.34%;本法线性可达50~1550μmol/L。结论 本方法可消除血清中高浓度VitC对UA测定的干扰,且适用于自动分析仪。 Objective Using 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxy free radical( ascorbic acid quencher-2,AAQ-2) as quencher of vitamin C( Vit C), to establish an end point method of double reagent for determining serum uric acid( UA), to eliminate the interference of Vit C in determining serum UA. Methods The level of serum UA was determined by end point method of double reagent. Results The assay precision was satisfactory. Within-run relativestandard deviation(RSD) were 1.50% and 1.37%, between-run RSD were 1.55% and 1.40% respectively. The average rate of recovery was 99.34%. The assay linearity was 50-1 550 μmol/L. Conclusions The method can eliminated the interference of high concentration Vit C in determining serum UA,and be used in automatic analysis.
