摘要
以苯酚为液化剂对沙生灌木进行液化实验,分别对液化前后的沙柳、柠条进行FT-IR分析。结果显示:沙柳、柠条的液化效果随液化温度、催化剂的用量、液比的增加而增加;在150℃,催化剂用量7%,液固比4∶1,液化时间120 m in的条件下,沙柳的残渣率为3.79%,柠条的残渣率为11.25%。
The liquefaction of two desert shrubs in the presence of phenol as liquefacient was studied in this paper. The unliquefled raw materals and liquefied products of Salix psammophila and Caragana microphylla were analyzed by FT-IR method. The experimental results showed that the liquefaction extent enhanced with the increase of liquefaction temperature, catalyst dosage, and liquid-solid ratio. In the condition of 150 ℃, 7% of catalyst dosage, 4 : 1 of liquid-solid ratio, and 120 min of liquefaction time, the residue values of Salix psammophila and Caragana microphylla were 3.79 % and 11.25 % , respectively.
