人力资源实践对员工组织支持感和组织承诺的影响实证研究 被引量:21

摘要 根据来自高校、医院、国有企业、民营企业等6家企事业单位的300名员工的问卷调查结果,分析人力资源实践对员工组织支持感和组织承诺的影响。研究发现,人力资源实践与组织支持感和组织承诺之间存在显著的正相关关系,不同的人力资源实践对组织承诺的不同维度影响程度存在差异,组织支持感是联系人力资源实践与组织承诺的中间变量。
