This paper introduces in detail the eight basic technology management works for improvement of warp knitted elastic fabric including selection of good quality raw material, keeping the machine in perfect state, proper technology design, reasonable arrangements with two stretching processes and two shrinking processes, strict and accurate control of the polyurethane content, keeping uniform yarn tension, making the temperature and humidity meet the requirements and keeping all operations in standard.
