废水处理及水和蒸汽的回用

介绍了废水处理、水回用及蒸汽回收的流程。对印染废水处理前后的水质进行了分析对比,结果表明,处理后的水达到一级排放标准。对采用自来水和回用水进行染色的织物进行了对比试验,试验结果表明,织物的颜色基本一致。水回用和蒸汽的回收降低了成本。

This paper introduces the workflow of the wastewater treatment, water reclamation and steam reclamation. Comparisons are made to the dyeing and printing water before and after treatment, and the results show that the water after treatment can meet the Class one wastewater-discharging standard. In addition, compared experiments are also made to the fabrics dyed by tap water and the reclaimed water, and it is found that the colors of the fabrics are basically the same. The reclamation of water and steam can decrease the cost obviously.
