冷冻导管消融治疗快速性心律失常
Catheter cryoablation of cardiac arrhythmias
摘要
射频导管消融因有较高的有效性和安全性已经成为治疗心律失常的常规方法，并且在临床上得到广泛应用。然而在某些特殊情况下，射频消融术仍然存在某些局限性。如靠近房室结或者希氏束的部位进行射频消融时，具有造成房室阻滞的危险。而心房颤动（房颤）的肺静脉电隔离又可导致肺静脉狭窄。寻找可逆性的标测能量对于避免并发症大有裨益。冷冻消融早在1977年由Harrison等首先报道应用于临床，后来被广泛地应用于心脏外科手术中，并被证实是一种安全而有效的消融手段。
