摘要
针对我国房产测量规范在执行中产生的问题,结合相关的测绘规范进行了深入的探讨。为了使现行规范更适合不同地区房产测绘的使用,特别在边长测量、坐标反算边长和实际测量边长较差限差的规定以及面积测量的精度要求等方面,提出了自己的观点。修改意见为:各种标准应当根据地域差异分等定级;要顾及新旧标准的连续性;房产测量精度应与量测技术、量测设备的发展相适应。
Some problems appeared in the process of real property surveying codes in our country were discussed thoroughly based on correlative surveying codes. In order to match different fields,the current specification (code) should be revised by our opinions, especially, in the terms of length of side reconnaissance, length of side calculated by coordinates, and area surveying etc. Our revision advices are; indifferent region the criteria should be different and ranked variously; the new criteria should assure the continity with the old ones; the reguired survey precision should match the development of survey technology and its eqwipement.
