This paper narrates the preparation method of high-chlorinated polyethylene, discusses the influence of every factor on latex; and studies some properties of the latex. High-chlorinated polyethylene resin has perfect performances and is widely used in heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings, fire-retardant coatings and water-resistant coatings.
