摘要
目的探讨早期正常和异常妊娠者人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)、雌孕激素水平及其受体的相关作用,为临床提供相关的诊疗依据。方法选择确诊的早孕妇31名(A组)、早期难免流产妇33例(B组)、输卵管妊娠21例(C组),测定3组对象的外周血β-hCG、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平,并检测蜕膜或8和输卵管黏膜雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达。结果A组E2、P和hCG水平明显高于B组和C组(均P<0.01);A组与B、C组PR检出率差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05)。结论着床环境为影响hCG产生的重要因素;高浓度E2和P水平可能抑制ER的产生,但不影响PR的表达;早期异常妊娠中,不但要关注hCG和P水平,也应关注E2水平的改变。
Objective To investigate human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) levels and their receptors in normal and abnormal early pregnancy. Methods The study included 31 cases of normal early pregnancy (group A), 33 cases of early inevitable abortion (group B) and 21 cases of tubal pregnancy (group C). Serum hCG, E2 and P levels were measured and the expression of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in decidua and / or in tubal mucosa were detected in three groups. Results Serum hCG, E2, P levels in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and group C. The hCG level in group A was 20 times of that in group B, while that in group B was about 9 times of that in group C. The E2 level in group A was about 5-6 times of that in group B and group C, but the positive rate of ER in group A was only less than 10% of that in group B and group C. The P level in group A was about 3-4 times of that in group B and group C, while the positive rate of PR had no significant difference among the three groups, Condusion E2 levels as well as hCG and P levels are of clinical importance in abnormal early pregnancy and should be monitored,
